Our batch production machines are ideal for smaller projects or for those getting started with foam or cellular production. They’re designed to dose foam into a partially filled mixer of slurry, providing an affordable way to produce consistent, high-quality material. Systems range from 1 to 20 cubic feet per minute.

Our continuous production machines deliver maximum efficiency for larger or ongoing jobs. These fully integrated systems mix and pump material in-line, allowing you to maintain a steady pour rate directly to the point of placement. Depending on your configuration, continuous systems can produce from 30 to 100 cubic yards per hour of cellular concrete, grout, or standard concrete.
