Richway’s cellular concrete equipment line—CreteFoamer™—lets you choose the equipment that’s right for you. We offer two different types of machines for producing cellular concrete: batch production and continuous construction.

Our batch production machines help you get started with producing cellular concrete for a minimal investment and is great for small projects. They are designed for dosing, or adding, foam into a partially filled mixer of slurry. The machines range from one cubic foot per minute up to 20 cubic feet per minute.

Our continuous production machines are the most efficient way to produce cellular concrete. All of our continuous production machines have integrated pumps that allow the foam and slurry to be mixed in-line and pumped to the point of placement, allowing you to get more done for less. Our continuous production machines are capable of producing 30 yd³ to 100 yd³ an hour.
