Richway offers an engineered solution for sampling cellular concrete during pumping operations. Our flow divider test tee makes sampling easier and cleaner for all cellular concrete placements. The heart of the test tee uses a pinch valve for starting and stopping the flow of the material to be sampled. Our 2” test tee uses an air operated pinch valve, which runs off the compressed air system of our CT series machines, and is simply actuated with a toggle switch. Pinch valves provide smooth flow, have very few sharp edges, and unlike ball valves are virtually impossible to ruin due to small amounts of dried cellular concrete. An additional feature of our flow divider test tee is the flow path configuration, which provides smooth, laminar flow paths that are designed to evenly split the flow between the sampling hose and the placement hose, providing the most accurate sample of what’s actually being produced for material.
