Richway’s CFVT-20C-SM is a fully integrated skid mount design batch production cellular concrete machine that fits right in the back of your pick up. With a foam production output of up to 20 CFM (566 l/min), it’s an ideal machine for small to medium size cellular concrete projects. Designed to be a self-contained portable batch production machine for the production of cellular concrete. Its compact design includes a water tank, concentrate tank, and air compressor. This means that no other equipment is required to generate foam.
Pairing the field proven 20C-SM with our PC-30-SM direct-drive progressive cavity pump allows you to batch produce and pump cellular concrete at any density with pumping rates as high as 30 yrds/hr. Each machine operates independently of each other, but have matched outputs enabling you to foam up to three trucks per hour.
