Continuous Inline Production

Instead of losing job site margins by ordering partial loads to leave room for drum-dosing, the CT Series connects directly to standard, full ready-mix trucks. It injects the foam inline during pumping, turning 10 cubic yards of standard slurry into up to 40 cubic yards of perfect lightweight fill on site.

Precision G2 Control System

Our advanced G2 Control architecture continuously meters both the concrete slurry and the foam volume with pinpoint accuracy. The density you set at the beginning of the pour is exactly what discharges at the end of the hose, ensuring you pass DOT and geotechnical specs every time.

Fully Integrated Trailer Design

We build the machine to eliminate field setup complexity. The heavy-duty trailer package houses a reliable 74HP Kubota Tier 4 Final diesel engine, an onboard 80 CFM rotary screw air compressor, a 300-gallon water tank, and an 80-gallon concentrate cell.
